How long will it take to get my package?

orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. Delivery may take 8 to 15 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.(Due to serious area of covid-19 or holiday, shipping time would be longer)

If you need quicker shipping method. Please contact us, we will offer a premium shipping with extra payment.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of cancellation request.

About Products

Are these bags airline approved? Can I take them on an airplane with me?

Yes, we have a lot of customer took our backpack on an airplane. However, there are so many airlines, it's impossible for us to confirm if it will be approved with the one you're flying. We recommend we check with your airline specifically to see what types of bags they will accept.

Can I put a dog in your cat backpacks?

We're just cat people. But as long as your dog is the weight the bag holds, it's cool for doggies, too. We've also seen people use the omissapet cat backpack for chickens, prairie dogs, and rabbits.

 

Cancellations

Can I cancel an order?

We can cancel an order that has not been processed yet. In order to cancel your order, we must hear from you within 8 hours from the time of placing the order.
